Returns & Exchange Policy

At HaSt, every piece is handcrafted with care, celebrating heritage, stories, and the art of handloom. We hope you love what you receive. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, here’s our simple return policy:

1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  

2. Shipping

• Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost.
• For exchanges, we will send out the replacement once the original item reaches us.
  

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the form of online store credit with a lifetime validity
  

4. Disclaimer

• Slight variations in colour, weave, or texture are natural in handloom products and are not considered defects, thus not eligible for return/ exchange.
