1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  

2. Shipping

• Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost.
• For exchanges, we will send out the replacement once the original item reaches us.
  

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the form of online store credit with a lifetime validity
  

4. Disclaimer

• Slight variations in colour, weave, or texture are natural in handloom products and are not considered defects, thus not eligible for return/ exchange.

• Slight dye bleeding in initial few washes is normal due to nature of the dye.
• Few clothes might rub off colour when dry
• Avoid pairing bright colours with lighter ones
